For the return SASE I suggest using an 8 1/2 x 11 Photo Mailer
which is made of rigid cardboard to protect the photo from bending, has a Pull & Seal closure, and "Do Not Bend Or Fold" already marked on the outside of the envelope.
You can't get a straight answer from the post office.
It seems like they're making things up as they go along sometimes.
And if you go to different post offices, sometimes you get different rates.
The very first ones I sent before the increase where two $0.39 cent stamps.
After the increase I got a whole song and dance about them not being able to bend the item, and how the US Postal Service considers this a Large Envelope, and the postage needed was $1.48 each way.
I'll try another Post Office, and see what their interpretation of the new increase means.
