Cut one strip of the double-sided mounting tape, and place it on the front end of the 400 count baseball card box (I originally used two strips and realized one strip will be more than enough to keep the box closed during transit). Make sure you leave the side that is facing up unpealed (this will be for the player to seal the box when they are returning the package).

Place the ball and any other items in the 400 count baseball card box. Items may include a personalized letter, a pen to sign with, additional trading cards, or other items you may want signed. Use enough Bubble wrap to keep the ball from shifting around too much.

Print your Return Address on an Avery® 5126 White Laser Shipping Label, 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" (Two labels per sheet), and leaving enough space to place the return postage in the upper left hand corner. Once you go to the Post Office, place the appropriate Postage ($2.31 at the time this article was written) on the Return Address sheet, and place it in the 400 count baseball card box, so the player can place it on the exterior when sending the item back to you.

Print the player's address on a normal 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper and cut it to fit over one side of the box. Tape the ends of the paper around the sides of the box.
This will make it easier for the player to remove the label that was adressed to them, and place your return label in it's place.
