Re: Obtaining Archie Griffm's Autograph
We have received your request for Archie Griffin's autograph. However, I am returning your request and/or item(s) along with a copy of the Autograph Request Policy and Procedures for Individuals and Corporations for your information.
As you will see in the policy, all persons requesting Mr. Griffin's autograph, including signed photographs, are now charged a flat fee of $25.00 ~ item. All items being mailed or delivered to the Alumni Association for signing are required to include advance payment in full by check or money order and sufficient postage for the item to be returned.
Archie truly values Coach Woody Hayes' philosophy of paying forward and he is passionate about providing scholarships to Ohio State University students. That is why 100% of the proceeds collected go directly to the OSU Alumni Scholarship Fund. Neither Archie nor The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. will retain any monies collected.
Please feel free to resubmit your item, along with the required payment, and we will be happy to process your request. As the policy states, we do request that you allow a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks for your item to be returned.

Archie Griffin Autograph Request Policy and Procedures For Individuals and Corporations
Autograph Request Policy
Any requests by an individual, business or corporation for Archie Griffin's autograph on items or for a signed photo will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per item, payable in advance by check or money order. No item or autograph request may be received by any staff member of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. or left at the Longaberger Alumni House without payment in full.
Procedure for Requesting Archie Griffin's Autograph At the Longaberger Alumni House

Items must be brought to the Longaberger Alumni House located at 2200 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43210~1035.
The individual or a representative of the business or corporation requesting Mr. Griffin's autograph must fully complete an Autograph Request Form at the front desk of the Longaberger Alumni House.
A check or money order for the full amount due, made payable to OSUAA, Inc. with a notation in

the memo section "Autograph Request," must accompany the Autograph Request Form.

Items will not be signed at that time and must be left with the staff member at the front desk.
Allow 3 to 4 weeks for item(s) to be autographed.
A member of our staff will contact you at the phone number provided on the Autograph Request Form and provide dates and times when the item(s) may be picked up once they have been signed.
Items must be picked up within 5 business days of notification that your item is ready for pick-up.

Items left beyond a reasonable period of time will become the property of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. and will be used at our discretion.
Procedure for Requesting Archie Griffin's Autograph
By US Mail, UPS, Federal Express or Other Delivery Service
1. Items must be mailed/delivered to The Ohio State Alumni Association, Inc. and addressed as follows:
OSUAA, Inc.
c/o Autograph Request 2200 Olentangy River Road Columbus, OH 43210-1035

A check or money order for the full amount due made payable to OSUAA, Inc. with a notation in the memo section "Autograph Request" must be included. Items not accompanied by payment will not be signed and will be returned to the sender.
Return postage must accompany your request. Examples include self-addressed stamped envelopes, postage to cover the cost of returning a package, pre-paid UPS labels or FedEx slips that include an account number. A member of our staff will make one attempt to contact you to request postage. Items not accompanied by return postage may not be returned. (See 7. below)
A written request should accompany the item(s) and/or should detail a request for a signed photo.

Personalization of items will be done solely at the discretion of Mr. Griffin.

Allow 3 to 4 weeks for item(s) to be autographed.
Items will be sent out within 2 business days of being signed.
Items remaining beyond a reasonable period of time due to a lack of return postage will become the property of The Ohio State University Alumni Association, Inc. and will be used at our discretion.
We expressly reserve the right to deny any request.
All requests will be fulfilled solely at the discretion of Archie Griffin.
Any item(s) autographed by Archie Griffin must be used in accordance with the NCAA regulations governing OSU Memorabilia, a copy of which may be obtained upon request. We reserve the right to deny any request we believe may violate these regulations.
