This Gordie Howe autograph was obtained by me in person at an autograph signing in New York City. I am not sure of the exact date, but I remember that Muhammad Ali was also signing at the show.

Gordie Howe is known as Mr. Hockey, and is one of the greatest National Hockey League players of all time. He won four Stanley Cups with the Detroit Red Wings, and along with linemates, Sid Abel and Ted Lindsay, they were known as "The Production Line".

Many of Howe's scoring records would later be broken by Wayne Gretzky.
