This Willis Reed autograph was obtained by me in person after a Nets' game in 1992 when he was the Nets' General Manager & Vice President of Basketball Operations.
I am not sure of the exact date.
Part of the National Basketball Association's Hall Of Fame class of 1982,
Willis Reed was the inspirational leader of the New York Knick championship teams of 1970 and 1973.
Injuries forced his retirement in 1974, and he finished his career as the Knicks all-time scoring leader.
He was the NBA Rookie of the Year in 1965, won the Most Valuable Player in 1970, and was named the NBA Finals MVP in both 1970 and 1973.
NOTE: Players change teams all the time. The address listed above was the address, that we sent our original request to on 01/11/1992.
At the time the player was playing there. Please verify that the player is still with the team listed above before attempting to send to this address.
