By now everyone knows about the 2007 Topps Derek Jeter error card featuring the unlikely trio of Derek Jeter, George Bush and Mickey Mantle. When I woke up this morning and turned on the news, I thought it was funny to see that George Bush was getting bashed yet again by the media, while Derek Jeter got his 2,416th career hit in a Yankees uniform passing Mickey Mantle, the other visitor pictured on his 2007 Topps Card.

Jeter had a third-inning RBI single, and passed Yankees Legend Mickey Mantle to move into sole possession of third place all-time in Yankees history, as he continues his quest to become the Yankees All-Time Hit Leader.
